How Do I Place My Order?
To Place an order simply add your products of interest to the cart, once you proceed to checkout you will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information and your preferred payment option and shipping method, Once you have reviewed and made payment, you will be notified in email of order confirmation, and in another mail when order is shipped.
Do check your Spam/Promotions/Updates folder if you cant find the email

How I know my order is placed successfully?
Once your order is placed, look out for a confirmation email with your order details and a unique reference number. Can’t find it? Remember to peek into your spam folder or simply reach out to us for order confirmation
Can I cancel or modify the order?
For some reason you want to cancel the order please contact us as soon as possible, please note order once shipped or ready for shipping cannot be modified or cancelled.

Do you Accept Returns?
We dont accept returns, but for some reason buyer want to return the product we are happy to consider.
Please note return product must be with original tags, original package, unused, and must not be tampered with, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer

How to track my order
You can track your order by visiting Track My Order page, here you must be entering your order ID and tracking number or just tracking number based on the carrier used.
How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on your location for south india from we dispatch it should arrive in 3-5 business days, 5-8 business days for northern India, 5-15 days for North east India and remote parts of India
Do you Ship Internationally?
Currently we don't take live orders for international shipping, but contact us we are happy to offer custom shipping solutions
What Shipping Carriers You Use?
We use India post, DTDC, Delhivery, the partner will be chosen based on pin code support and fastest delivery times.
What is you Policy on damaged Shipments
Your buying experience is our top most priority we take best of care packing and shipping the items, for some reason if you find the pack is tampered or damaged when the delivery person brings to you, refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Within 24 hours you can also call us or email us mentioning the Order ID
What If I am Not available at the shipping address during the time of delivery?
Our courier partner will try to deliver your package three times to the adress mentioned while placing order. If it’s still not delivered, it will return to our office. Want it resent? Extra shipping costs will apply
