Refund policy

Return and Cancellation Policy.

  1. Exchange of any product is not allowed unless it is physically damaged during delivery or wrong product received or Original equipment manufacture defects.
  2. Customer should notify us by email at support@fishwithhanish.com within 24 hours after the delivery with the order number and the photos of the product for reference.
  3. Fish With Hanish Tackles will not accept any request after 24 hours after delivery.
  4. Fish With Hanish Tackles will arrange courier if you have received incorrect product compared to the ordered product and replace it.
  5.  In case of non availability of replacement product, coupon code of the product value will be sent to the customer once the item is returned and approved.
  6. Exchange or replacement will only be offered to the same person who originally purchase the product.
  7. All the return items must be packed in the same box or package in a good condition with all the instruction manuals and warranty (if any).
  8. Customer must request for return by using the same email address registered in our website.

Cancellation Policy.

  1. Fish With Hanish Tackles will not issue any charges if the order has not been dispatched for delivery.
  2. All the cancellation request should be sent to support@fishwithhanish.com or contact us at 9345064156.

Refunds Policy.

1) For any reason refunds approved by seller/Fish With Hanish Tackles and item returned to seller/Fish With Hanish Tackles in original packing unused with original purchase invoice, customer has the option to get a shop purchase coupon code for same value minus original shipping cost from seller/Fish With Hanish Tackles or refund to customer account minus original shipping cost

2) Refunds if approved and processed by seller/Fish With Hanish Tackles minus any deductions for shipping cost or any other should reflect on to customers original form of payment mode after within 7 business days of refund approval and processing.

2) In cases where the disputes are novel in nature the decision to refund will rest entirely with seller/Fish With Hanish Tackles and buyer will have no say in the same.
